Job Summary
Role- Project coordinator
Location: Frisco TX (Onsite)
JD:
Project Coordination & Execution
- Coordinate activities for data center migration planning
- Support migration phases such as planning readiness execution cutover and decommissioning
- Alignment of activities with approved project plan
Governance Reporting & Controls
- Ensure timely routing of issues to RAID logs (Risks Assumptions Issues Dependencies)
- Assist Project Manager/ Technical Team in publish status reports dashboards and leadership updates
- Track mandatory security access safety and other trainings for compliance
- Support change management processes to get timely approvals and the needed documentation
Stakeholder Management
- Coordination between project manager planner field technicians data center operation team and hosting providers
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with stakeholders and customer for migration planning
- Coordinate and work with team for MOPs for the CRQ
- Coordinate resources and communication Technical Team for status calls readiness reviews and cutover bridges
- Follow up on action items approvals access requests and site readiness tasks with internal and external stakeholders
Cutover & Migration Support
- Support migration execution by coordinating cutover activities activity sequencing etc.
- Track real time progress during migration events and escalate issues as required
- Assist with post migration validation issue tracking and handover to operations
