Job Summary

Role: Oracle EPM Cloud EPBCS Techno-Functional Lead

Work location: Lisle IL (Remote)

Duration: 5 Months

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Oracle EPM EPBCS Techno-Functional Lead you will be responsible for leading the design development and implementation of Oracle Cloud EPM solutions with a strong focus on EPBCS (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service).
This role requires a blend of functional expertise in financial planning and technical proficiency in Oracle EPM tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end Oracle EPM Cloud implementations especially EPBCS modules (Workforce CapEx Projects Strategic Modeling).
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements translating them into functional and technical specifications.
Design and configure EPM applications including EPBCS EDMCS ARCS FCCS and Narrative Reporting.
Develop and maintain EPM artifacts such as forms dashboards business rules and calculation scripts.
Perform data integrations using Data Management tools REST APIs and other ETL mechanisms.
Conduct Conference Room Pilots (CRPs) User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide post-go-live support.
Mentor junior consultants and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Support pre-sales activities including solutioning estimations and client presentations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

8 years of experience in Oracle EPM (Cloud and/or Hyperion).
2 full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Cloud EPM solutions.
Strong understanding of financial planning processes and systems.
Proficiency in EPBCS modules and related configuration.
Experience with scripting (Groovy Calculation Manager) integrations and reporting tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
