Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Salesforce QA Engineer with strong expertise in both manual and automation testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating Salesforce applications ensuring high-quality deliverables and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to support end-to-end testing initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture testing methodologies and automation frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manual and automated testing of Salesforce applications including Sales Cloud Service Cloud and custom implementations.
• Design develop and execute test plans test cases and test scripts based on business and technical requirements.
• Build and maintain automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium TestNG or similar technologies.
• Validate integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and middleware platforms.
• Conduct functional regression integration and UAT testing.
• Identify document and track defects using tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with developers business analysts and stakeholders to ensure clarity of requirements and test coverage.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.
• Ensure data integrity and validate complex business workflows within Salesforce.
• Support release cycles and production validations.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
• 4 8 years of QA experience with a strong focus on Salesforce testing.
• Hands-on experience in both manual testing and test automation.
• Proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver Java/Python TestNG or Cucumber.
• Experience testing Salesforce modules such as Sales Cloud Service Cloud or Lightning Experience.
• Strong knowledge of SOQL APIs and data validation techniques.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins GitLab or similar.
• Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools (JIRA HP ALM etc.).
• Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Administrator Platform App Builder or QA-related certifications).
• Experience with Provar Copado or other Salesforce-specific automation tools.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and test automation in CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
