Seeking an experienced Contractor specializing in Change Management within Organizational Change Consulting to lead and drive transformational initiatives
Job Description
Lead and oversee largescale change management initiatives to support organizational transformation Develop and implement change management strategies aligned with business goals Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and adoption of change Analyze organizational impact and readiness for change identifying risks and mitigation plans Design and deliver training and communication plans to facilitate smooth transitions Provide expert advice on change management best practices and methodologies Monitor and measure change effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed to ensure successful outcomes
Roles and Responsibilities
Partner with crossfunctional teams to drive change initiatives and embed change into organizational culture Lead workshops and coaching sessions to build change management capabilities across the organization Manage stakeholder engagement and build strong relationships to foster buyin and support Identify and address resistance to change through targeted interventions and support Prepare and present regular status reports and updates to senior leadership Mentor and guide junior change management professionals and consultants Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards related to change management
