Job Title: Assistant Director of Nursing (In-Patient Psychiatric)
Location: New Baltimore MI ($10K Relocation $$ Available) (Fulltime-Onsite)

Summary: Assist the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) / Director of Nursing (DON) in directing planning coordinating and supervising nursing operations and the delivery of behavioral health services. Ensure efficient operations while maintaining a positive empathetic and professional approach toward patients and staff. Emphasize patient safety as the highest priority.
Responsibilities - Support leadership in managing nursing operations within an inpatient psychiatric setting
- Coordinate and oversee delivery of behavioral health nursing services
- Supervise nursing staff and ensure adherence to clinical standards
- Monitor operational efficiency and patient care quality
- Promote a culture of safety empathy and professionalism
- Assist in policy implementation and compliance with healthcare regulations
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Bachelor s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; advanced degree (MSN/DNP) is a plus
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (state-specific)
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience required (5 years preferred)
- At least 1 year of experience in behavioral health/psychiatric/addiction recovery (2 years preferred)
- Prior Nursing Manager experience strongly preferred
- Minimum 1 year of progressive leadership/management experience required
- CPR certification required
- De-escalation/restraint certification required (training may be provided)
- First Aid certification
