Job Title: Project Coordinator
Location (On-site Remote or Hybrid): Minnetonka MN (onsite)
Contract Duration: Contract until 12/31/2026
Work Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Description:
Seeking a highly motivated Project Engineer (Contractor) to support Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) New Product Development initiatives. This role supports a senior project lead and is responsible for day-to-day execution with strong emphasis on vendor coordination material delivery and project schedule accountability in a regulated medical device environment.

Key Responsibilities

Execute operational project plans and deliverables in support of CRM NPD programs.
Track project schedules milestones risks and mitigation actions.
Coordinate external vendors track material deliveries and hold suppliers accountable.
Interface with R&D Quality Regulatory Supply Chain and Material Compliance teams.
Maintain project plans using MS Project or Planview.
Prepare status reports and lead working meetings.
Clarify design intent when interfacing with vendors and partners.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field.
3 5 years of relevant experience.
Strong communication and independent working ability.

Preferred Qualifications

Medical device experience.
Knowledge of FDA QSR / ISO 13485.
Vendor management experience.
