Position Title: .NET MAUI Mobile Developer

Location: Hybrid Stamford CT

Duration: 6 months

Job Description:

We are looking for a MAUI Mobile Developer to design and build high-quality cross-platform mobile applications for Android iOS and Windows. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in C#/.NET MVVM architecture and modern mobile development practices along with a forward-thinking mindset to leverage AI-assisted development tools for improving productivity and code quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Design develop and maintain mobile applications MAUI for Android iOS and Windows platforms.

Implement clean scalable and maintainable architecture using MVVM patterns.

Develop intuitive and responsive UI using XAML.

Integrate RESTful APIs manage local data storage (SQLite) and handle background/foreground processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.

Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and maintain source control using Git.

Support and execute migration efforts from Xamarin MAUI.

Troubleshoot debug and optimize application performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Deep expertise in C#/.NET and modern language features.

Hands-on experience MAUI and/or Xamarin.

Strong experience with MVVM architecture.

Proficiency in XAML UI design.

Experience integrating REST APIs and working with local databases such as SQLite.

Strong experience with Git and understanding of CI/CD fundamentals.

AI & Modern Development Mindset:

Experience or strong willingness to use AI-assisted development tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot ChatGPT or similar) for coding debugging unit testing and documentation.

Ability to effectively leverage AI to accelerate development while ensuring code quality security and maintainability.

Open to adopting AI-driven engineering practices as part of the software development lifecycle.
