* Experience in a hospital/medical group setting
* Expertise with Excel
* Experience with managed care analytics (payer mix contract performance etc)
* PMPM analysis and specialty cost reporting

Key Responsibilities :
Develop and deliver detailed financial presentations and reports tailored to leadership and stakeholders.
Prepare comprehensive project updates including strategic insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex analytical and operational challenges.
Standardize internal reporting tools and templates to improve reporting efficiency.
Conduct benchmarking and trend analysis to drive process improvements.
Create and maintain Excel-based models to support data reporting and financial planning.
Translate complex data into actionable insights for program development and strategic initiatives.
Partner with leadership to identify informational needs and promote automated data access.
Managed Care (Additional Duties):
Perform financial modeling to evaluate contract changes and new reimbursement models.
Analyze managed care contracts to ensure financial optimization and compliance.
Produce high-impact reports and presentations for senior leadership.
Provide strategic insight into key financial metrics and contract performance.
Support cross-functional teams with managed care analytics and forecasting.
Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and internal standards.
Requires working knowledge of CPT HCPCS and ICD/Dx coding systems.
Reporting Analyst (Additional Duties):
Leverage knowledge of billing codes (CPT HCPCS Dx) and healthcare finance to drive performance analysis.
Support reporting and analytics for M&A activity and healthcare integration.
Analyze RVU trends physician productivity and compensation models.
Maintain detailed databases of physician contracts and compensation structures.
Review healthcare contracts and perform ROI analyses for strategic initiatives.
Develop proforma statements for business planning including JV M&A and service expansions.
