Job Summary

Job Title: Picker/Packer
Client: Heavy Machine Manufacturing Company
Duration: 24 Months
Location: Charlotte NC 28269
Shift: 1st Shift (8:00 AM 4:30 PM with OT)

Role Overview

Perform order fulfillment tasks including packing labeling and preparing materials for storage or shipment in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

Prep pack and label raw materials into finished goods
Prepare products for storage or shipment
Follow company packaging and labeling guidelines
Operate pallet jacks and packaging equipment
Follow safety and health regulations
Maintain a clean work environment
Perform additional duties as assigned

Abilities

Perform physical warehouse duties (packing storing shipping)
Lift and move up to 50 lbs
Follow oral and written instructions
Communicate effectively
Strong attention to detail
Good time awareness

Knowledge

Basic warehouse operations and terminology
Basic math skills
Proper lifting techniques
Packaging methods and procedures
Health and safety regulations
