ACCOUNT SERVICING-REPRESENTATIVEDescription:
Setting up new accounts and processing requests (VOM payoff statements reinstatement amounts) and changes (modifications assignments of beneficial interest assumptions) Managing multiple tasks including answering customer calls requests and inquiries Processing payments paid accounts and lien releases Maintaining impound accounts for taxes and insuranceThe Account Servicing Representative may be assigned additional tasks in support of the departments goals.
