Job Summary

Title: Sr. Data Engineer

Job Description:
The Enterprise Analytics and Data Services team requires (1) a consultant proficient in the design and development of Oracle SQL.
PL/SQL analytical models tools and programs.

This consultant must have advanced experience interpreting business data requirements and developing complex SQL queries PL/SQL programs and have experience in Pension Health Insurance Customer Service Finance and/or Risk.
This should include a strong understanding and experience with information technology business intelligence development change management best practices project management and system development lifecycle fundamentals.
The consultant will support high volume data extract requests from internal program areas data extracts needed to fulfill Public Records Act requests court orders legal requests audit requests data extracts needed to fulfill Employer Data Extract requests and data extracts that support public-facing reports such as the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR).
The consultant will perform data extracting transforming and validating for various enterprise customers.
The consultant will also work on developing Pension data marts to fulfill reoccurring Pension data requests.
