Title: Inventory Controller / Inventory Assistant Supply Chain Warehouse Inventory Shipping & Receiving Lab Inventory Operations

Location: Onsite Knoxville TN

JD:
Inventory Controller responsible for inventory management shipping & receiving material handling and supply chain operations within a laboratory environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Execute shipping receiving storing and distribution of materials supplies specimens and equipment in a lab environment

• Perform inventory control inventory tracking stock organization and material distribution to ensure accurate inventory management

• Receive unpack and reconcile incoming shipments; maintain accurate inventory logs and shipping records

• Prepare outbound shipments and manage shipping documentation for materials and specimens

• Troubleshoot shipment delays investigate discrepancies and coordinate resolution for inbound and outbound logistics

• Perform administrative support using computer systems applications and tracking tools for inventory and logistics operations

• Maintain storage areas inspect inventory and ensure inventory accuracy accountability and security

• Follow SOPs EHS policies and safety procedures including PPE usage and biohazard material handling

• Support facility maintenance tasks including laboratory upkeep grounds and operational support

• Maintain compliance with company policies documentation standards and confidentiality requirements

Qualification:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Basic computer skills required

• Experience in inventory control warehouse operations material handling or supply chain preferred

• Familiarity with SAP and laboratory or regulated environments preferred
