Job Summary
Title: Manufacturing Operations Coordinator
Pay Rate Range: $20.00 - $25.00/hr DOE
Benefits include health dental and vision (eligible on the 1st of the month following 60 days your start date)
Employment Type: Contract 2 years
Est. End Date: 5/1/2028
Schedule: Swing Shift (start time can vary between 12noon and 1pm. May be required to work on day shift during training periods.)

Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified and motivated Manufacturing Operations Coordinator to work on-site with our client a top-tier Fortune 500 electronics manufacturing company. As a W2 employee you will have access to health benefits.
Responsibilities:
The Precision Meso scale Technology Center (PMTC) in Rancho Santa Margarita CA provides precision machined components that power industry leading electronic measurement equipment.In this role you will support mechanical inspection processes. Through on the job training you will be responsible for delivering operational excellence by processing parts through manual and automated inspection operations including performing visual inspections under a microscope and operating precision inspection equipment. Manual dexterity and fine motor skills are essential for success in this position.
Seeking a self motivated organized detail oriented individual who thrives in a fast paced multicultural environment and values teamwork.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to read and converse in English
- Basic Windows PC and Microsoft Excel use
- Ability to interpret instructions and specifications including Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T)
- Strong manual dexterity
- High volume parts inspection and handling
- Microscopic visual inspection
- Precision pin thread and ring gaging
- Automated inspection equipment operation
- Manufacturing Execution System (MES) experience
- Some college or technical coursework
