Location: Sacramento CA
Pay Rate: $30.00 per hour
What Youll Do:
- Lead the daily operations of residential communities ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently
- Create welcoming high-quality living environments that residents are proud to call home
- Drive leasing success by marketing available units conducting tours and turning prospects into happy residents
- Build strong relationships with residents by providing outstanding customer service and resolving concerns with care and professionalism
- Take ownership of financial performance including budgeting rent collection and expense management
- Partner with maintenance teams and vendors to keep properties in top condition
- Conduct regular property walks to maintain high standards of safety cleanliness and curb appeal
- Implement creative strategies to increase occupancy and retain residents
- Ensure compliance with all housing laws and company policies
Qualifications:
- Experience in property management or real estate AppFolio experience preferred
- A passion for customer service and community-building
- Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Financial acumen and attention to detail
