JOB TITLE: eLearning Designer - Remote
LOCATION: Remote (West Coast / PST Time Zone)
PAY RATE: Up to $50/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

• Job Type: 3 6 month contract (potential for direct hire)

• Schedule: Part-time (25 30 hours/week 1st shift)

Summary:

• Design and develop engaging eLearning content aligned with compliance and business objectives

• Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) to define learning goals outcomes and instructional strategies

• Manage the end-to-end content development process from discovery through publishing

• Apply instructional design standards to ensure consistency and effectiveness

• Create supplemental materials (infographics FAQs knowledge checks)

• Conduct learning needs analyses and present recommendations to stakeholders

• Ensure content accuracy through ongoing collaboration with SMEs

• Translate complex information into learner-friendly formats using adult learning principles

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Instructional Design Educational Technology or related field

• 5 years of instructional design experience focused on eLearning development

• Proficiency with tools such as Articulate Rise Camtasia Vyond and basic graphic design tools (Canva Adobe Creative Cloud)

• Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies (ADDIE SAM Kirkpatrick)

• Proven ability to transform complex content into engaging learning experiences

• Experience working independently and collaboratively in a multi-stakeholder environment

• Strong communication organization and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities

• Experience maintaining confidentiality with sensitive data

• Articulate 360 Suite (Storyline & Rise) or Adobe Captivate

• Adobe Creative Suite

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
