Job Summary

Our client has an onsite contract role for a Sr. Business Analyst. Possibility of converting at a growing company!

Responsibilities

Strategic Planning: Lead organizational assessments to pinpoint growth opportunities and prioritize high-impact initiatives autonomously.
Requirements Architecture: Translate complex business needs into detailed user stories and technical workflows ensuring full alignment with product goals.
Agile Leadership: Drive Scrum and Kanban ceremonies while managing backlog grooming and defining rigorous Definition of Done standards.
Stakeholder Orchestration: Act as the primary bridge between executive leadership and dev teams to navigate complex system changes and deployments.
Quality & Mentorship: Oversee end-to-end functional testing and provide high-level guidance to junior analysts to elevate team performance.

Qualifications

Professional Background: 4 6 years of experience in Agile-driven product analysis backed by a Bachelors degree or equivalent expertise.
Technical Proficiency: Expert-level command of JIRA Confluence and G-Suite with a strong emphasis on data analysis and BI tools.
Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of Financial Services or the mortgage industry paired with advanced business acumen.
Project Mastery: Proven ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously with minimal oversight in fast-paced settings.
Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to present technical insights to senior management and foster a collaborative team environment.
