Position: Electro Mechanic (Nights)
Location: Elk Grove Village
Shift: 5:45 PM 6:15 AM
12-hour continental shift (3 days one week 4 days the next; off every other weekend; overtime as needed)

Summary
Responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance to support efficient production operations with a strong focus on safety quality and equipment reliability.
Key Responsibilities - Follow plant safety procedures including LOTO
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems including PLCs
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documents
- Maintain equipment such as motors pumps compressors and chillers
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime
- Diagnose equipment failures and implement corrective actions
- Record maintenance activities in CMMS
- Support spare parts inventory and organization
- Ensure safe operation of all production equipment
Requirements - Experience in industrial manufacturing or equipment maintenance
- Knowledge of PLC troubleshooting and motor controls
- Experience with extrusion printing or related equipment (preferred)
- Ability to work night shifts weekends and overtime
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in an industrial environment
