Job Summary

Profiles without hands-on experience in Finastra Global PAYplus (GPP) will not be considered.

Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business and functional requirements for payment systems
Lead or support initiatives involving Finastra Global PAYplus (GPP) platform
Translate business needs into clear functional specifications user stories and process flows
Collaborate with development teams to design and support Java/API-based solutions within the GPP ecosystem
Assist in reviewing and validating technical designs integration approaches and microservices architecture
Support development activities such as API mapping message transformation (ISO 20022 SWIFT MT/MX) and data validation
Manage and coordinate project activities timelines and deliverables across cross-functional teams
Support integration of GPP with payment networks such as ACH SWIFT RTP Fedwire and core banking systems
Participate in SIT/UAT testing including validation of functional and technical components
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to payment processing APIs and transaction flows within GPP
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders development teams and external vendors
Drive communication status reporting and risk/issue management throughout the project lifecycle
Ensure compliance with banking standards payment regulations and message formats (ISO 20022 SWIFT MT/MX)
Support continuous improvement of processes documentation and delivery practices
