Job Summary
Location: Chemlsford MA (Boston Suburb)
Duration: 6 Months
100% ONSITE ROLE
2 POSITIONS
NOTE: ***This request is for a role with a Government agency which mandates that candidates must be US citizens***
Endpoint Technicians
Diagnose computer hardware problems for repair or replacement or upgrade (laptop desktop servers switches mobile device printer copier plotter video conference)
Windows OS Microsoft Office Office 365 iOS and mobile device and VM tools
Hands-on experience in relevant hardware and software installation upgrade and troubleshooting
Detective-like troubleshooting and problem solving attention to detail
Knowledge and experience of customer IT service delivery ticketing tools and knowledge-based systems
Customer service orientation
Must be able to work on-site in Chelmsford MA (suburb of Boston MA)
