Job Title : Software Analyst (Gov exp degree required) 13 years of exp

Location: Albany NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience managing multi-entity project teams across the full lifecycle including development testing and production implementation of both software and hardware deliverables
• Proven expertise leading multi-year application development and infrastructure projects involving multiple stakeholders and organizational units
• Strong background functioning in a Business Analyst capacity utilizing industry-standard tools and techniques for requirements gathering documentation and stakeholder alignment
• Demonstrated experience planning developing and documenting complex multi-disciplinary infrastructure rollout projects within a government environment
• Hands-on experience applying system lifecycle methodologies (SDLC Agile or hybrid) to successfully deliver cross-agency technology initiatives
• Ability to collaborate directly with cross-functional and cross-agency teams to ensure successful project execution and alignment with business objectives
• Strong leadership skills with experience in team building facilitation and delivering presentations to technical and non-technical audiences
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholder groups including executives technical teams and business users
• Ability to manage risks dependencies and competing priorities in large-scale high-visibility projects
• Bachelors degree in Business Information Technology or a related discipline
