Title: SAP HANA PPDS Consultant

Duration: 3 months Contract

Pay Rate: $100 to $125/hr.

Location: Remote/St Louis MO

Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA PPDS Consultant to implement support and optimize production planning and detailed scheduling solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate manufacturing requirements into scalable SAP PPDS solutions ensuring seamless integration across the SAP landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement configure and support SAP S/4HANA PPDS (Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling) solutions across client environments.
• Implement configure and support Production Planning and Quality management in SAP S/4HANA environment.
• Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather analyze and document manufacturing and production planning requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical SAP PPDS solutions aligned with best practices.
• Design document and maintain functional and technical specifications process flows and solution architecture.
• Configure and customize SAP PPDS functionalities including production planning capacity planning and detailed scheduling.
• Ensure seamless integration of PPDS with other SAP modules such as MM SD and WM.
• Support system integration testing (SIT) user acceptance testing (UAT) and production go live activities.
• Perform root-cause analysis and troubleshoot system issues to ensure optimal performance and system stability.
• Provide end-user training documentation and post go live support.
• Work independently as well as collaboratively within cross functional and global delivery teams.

Required Qualifications:

• Overall 6 experience in SAP PP / QM .
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA PPDS.
• Proven experience in SAP PPDS implementation and support projects.
• Proven Experience in migrating Legacy planning tools to SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing production planning and scheduling processes.
• Solid analytical and problem solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in both independent and team-based environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and business stakeholders.

• SAP certification in S/4 HANA PP or PPDS
• SAP Plant Maintenance basic knowledges
• SAP Warehouse Management basic knowledges

Requirements/Top skills:

• Overall 6 experience in SAP PP / QM.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA PPDS.
• Proven experience in SAP PPDS implementation and support projects.
