Job Summary

Role: Electrical Designer
Location: Loudon Tennessee (Onsite)
Duration: Full-Time (Permanent)

Job Description

Must have experience of Automotive Marine or off highway experience.
Must know electrical harness schematic drawing standards.
Must be capable to suggest alternate parts/ components
Perform reverse engineering of harnesses including detailed analysis of schematics and routing.
Document and capture technical specifications of harnesses and related electrical components.
Support the sourcing team by providing technical validation of supplier proposals and alternate parts.
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure compliance with industry standards and company requirements.
Provide inputs for alternate sourcing strategies ensuring quality and performance are maintained.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (design manufacturing sourcing) to resolve technical queries.
