Role: Electrical Designer
Location: Loudon Tennessee (Onsite)
Duration: Full-Time (Permanent)
Job Description
- Must have experience of Automotive Marine or off highway experience.
- Must know electrical harness schematic drawing standards.
- Must be capable to suggest alternate parts/ components
- Perform reverse engineering of harnesses including detailed analysis of schematics and routing.
- Document and capture technical specifications of harnesses and related electrical components.
- Support the sourcing team by providing technical validation of supplier proposals and alternate parts.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure compliance with industry standards and company requirements.
- Provide inputs for alternate sourcing strategies ensuring quality and performance are maintained.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (design manufacturing sourcing) to resolve technical queries.
