- Install troubleshoot maintain and repair residential and commercial garage doors openers springs tracks and related hardware
- Diagnose mechanical and operational issues and recommend appropriate solutions
- Use hand tools power tools and service equipment to perform installations and repairs
- Test systems after servicing to ensure proper function and safety
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding service needs recommendations and completed work
- Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle tools and job site
- Adhere to company procedures and safety standards at all times
- Complete service calls efficiently while upholding quality workmanship and professionalism
- Work independently in the field and collaborate with team members as needed
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
- Follow all safety protocols and use protective equipment when necessary
