Job Summary

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role located in Fayetteville NC for a Preconstruction Manager/Estimator. The main responsibilities include overseeing preconstruction planning managing construction estimates creating project proposals and ensuring cost efficiency. The role requires collaborating with designers contractors and stakeholders to establish project budgets review plans and forecast project costs. The Preconstruction Manager/Estimator will play a critical role in ensuring that projects are approached with a view towards financial success and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Construction Estimating and Cost Management
Experience in Design Management and Proposal Writing
Strong skills in Budgeting and Financial Planning for projects
Effective communication organization and problem-solving abilities
Proven ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams
Bachelors degree in Construction Management Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred but not required
Experience with relevant estimating and project management software is an advantage
Familiarity with local construction codes regulations and practices in North Carolina
