Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Chantilly VA for an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will oversee daily logistics coordinate moving schedules manage staff performance and ensure high standards of service delivery. Additional responsibilities include monitoring inventory for equipment and supplies optimizing operational processes for efficiency and addressing customer questions or concerns promptly. Consistently upholding safety and quality standards will be an integral part of the role.
Qualifications (Bi-lingual Spanish and English speaking)
- Experience in operational management planning and team supervision
- Strong problem-solving decision-making and analytical skills
- Exceptional organizational time management and project coordination abilities
- Knowledge of customer service strategies and conflict resolution practices
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and scheduling tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with moving and storage services or the logistics industry is a plus
- Spanish-English speaking candidates move forward faster
