As a Superintendent at Christiansen Construction you will play a crucial role in managing and supervising our construction projects. Heres an overview of your responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: You will be responsible for instructing and leading our workers directly assigning teams to specific jobs and ensuring efficient task execution. Collaboration with architects engineers and project managers is vital to maintaining project schedules and resolving conflicts.
- Record-Keeping: Your attention to detail will shine as you maintain accurate records of labor daily site logs SWPPP (Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan) records and inventory management. This helps us prevent loss and ensure the timely delivery of essential materials.
- Team Management: Coordinating the activities of various tradespeople professionals and laborers will be part of your role. Your experience and expertise will guide and support the team to deliver exceptional results while adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of commercial and/or industrial construction preferably with experience in municipal water and/or pool projects.
- Minimum of ten years of verifiable supervisory experience showcasing your leadership and organizational skills.
- Concrete background is highly desired as it provides valuable insight into working with concrete and understanding potential challenges.
- Familiarity with water vessels and a willingness to undergo training if needed to ensure proficiency in our specialized projects.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with architects engineers project managers and team members.
- Excellent record-keeping abilities and attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and timely project completion.
