Our law firm is seeking a family attorney who can assist our clients in navigating the sensitive legal issues of family law including child custody child abuse and domestic violence. Jobseekers should be equally familiar with prenuptial agreements divorce alimony child support and be able to effectively engage in oral debate and negotiation even in highly stressful and emotional situations. 2-3 years of litigation experience (required)
1-2 years of family law experience (preferred)
Provide effective legal analysis strategy and representation in family law cases
Great negotiation and communication skills particularly in stressful and emotional situations
Work closely with partners paralegals legal assistants and other staff to ensure swift action through the litigation process
Member of Florida Bar in good standing (required)
Salary range: $/year plus incentive compensation options
