Were hiring an Operations Manager to own our warehouse fulfillment and shipping operation. Youll manage and grow a team of 6-10 people scaling it alongside the leadership structure needed to support that growth while executing within defined systems and providing structured feedback to improve them over time.
This isnt a strategy role. This is a hands-on leadership role where you walk the floor review the data catch problems before anyone else does and hold people accountable when things arent right. If that sounds like what you do naturally keep reading.
We love a good cover letter so we can learn more about you and why youd like to join the Verus team. Be sure to share with us what a great team looks like to you.
