Job Summary:

The Engagement Manager is responsible for the overall delivery governance stakeholder engagement and executive reporting related to assigned projects. This role requires strong leadership skills experience in risk management and compliance and the ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership.

Responsibilities:

- Lead project governance and execution oversight.
- Manage schedule risks and deliverables.
- Interface with leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure NIST CSF alignment across all domains.
- Lead executive briefings and presentations.

Required Skills & Certifications:

- Cybersecurity program leadership
- Risk management and compliance frameworks
- Executive communication
