Auditing Clerk Part time

We are hiring an Auditing Clerk- Part time for one of our clients in Tallahassee FL.

Job Description:

• Auditing financial documents
• Performing accounting calculations
• Ability to determine the financial stability of companies
• Utilize computer programs to find documents perform calculations and enter the required information into a reporting form
• Candidate will not work outside the office or have contact with the public.

Skills required:

• Basic Accounting Skills
• Excellent Computer Skills including Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Knowledge of GAAP preferred
• Previous auditing experience
• Ability to work independently and think critically

Experience required:

• Ability to speak and understand English
• Basic accounting skills
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Ability to work independently
• Experience performing calculations and entering information into a reporting form in Excel
• Experience auditing financial documents
• Experience performing accounting calculations to determine financial stability of a company.

Education Required:

• High school diploma or GED

Work hours:

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• 20 hrs a week Monday - Friday flexible within the hours
