Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Oracle Utilities Integration Lead (WACS) to drive large-scale digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Oracle Utilities integration architecture and leadership across complex enterprise environments.
This role requires a balance of hands-on technical capability and team leadership with the ability to design implement and optimize integration strategies across Oracle platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Lead integration workstreams using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) across Oracle Customer Cloud Service (CCS) and Work and Asset Cloud Service (WACS).
- Define and drive integration strategy approach and architecture during design phases of large transformation programs.
- Gather analyze and translate business requirements into integration architecture and technical solutions.
- Develop and oversee integration diagrams frameworks and rationalization strategies.
- Manage priorities tasks and coordination across onshore offshore and client teams.
- Act as a technical SME mentor and team lead for integration and application challenges.
- Collaborate with technical designers to ensure alignment with overall solution architecture.
- Support environment planning provisioning cutover and deployment activities.
- Drive release and migration management leveraging DevOps pipelines.
- Ensure data integrity performance optimization and best practices across integrations.
- Monitor project timelines risks and deliverable quality.
- 6 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Utilities and integration projects (preferably in Oracle SaaS/cloud environments).
- Strong experience with:
- Work and Asset Cloud Service (WACS)
- Meter Data Management (MDM)
- Customer to Meter (C2M)
- 4 years of experience leading teams and managing delivery across multiple stakeholders.
- Proven expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Experience in integration architecture DevOps and release management.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience (minimum 8 years total experience).
