RightFax is an enterprise-level fax server software developed by OpenText. It allows organizations to send receive and manage faxes digitally integrating fax communications with email systems business applications and networked devices. Essentially it replaces traditional fax machines with a centralized secure and efficient digital fax system. Organizations in healthcare often use RightFax because it improves security reduces paper usage and integrates faxing into existing IT systems..

Heres a breakdown of its main features:

1. Digital Faxing Users can send and receive faxes directly from their email desktop or business applications without needing a physical fax machine.
2. Integration Works with Microsoft Outlook enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems customer relationship management (CRM) software and other business workflows.
3. Security & Compliance Supports encryption audit trails and compliance with regulations such as HIPAA for healthcare or SOX for finance.
4. Automation Enables automatic routing delivery and archiving of faxes based on business rules.
5. Scalability Can handle large volumes of fax traffic making it suitable for enterprises of any size.

Position Summary

As a Solutions Engineer at Orlando Health Under General Supervision is responsible for evaluating designing and developing technical solutions within the technological functions of the company in accordance with the policies and practices at Orlando Health. This position will be responsible for hands-on analysis and design of various current and new initiatives while maintaining current Orlando Health Systems.

This includes expertise in the entire Microsoft stack from an endpoint perspective as well as proficiency in Active Directory Citrix Intune SCCM and more. We are specifically looking for experienced technologists who can handle day-to-day tasks and contribute to integration efforts related to Rightfax.

Key Responsibilities
Make ongoing recommendations of solution standards and system configurations.

• Analyzing the systems and requirements to provide best technical solutions.
• Define systems requirements and specifications.
• Providing design reviews planning developing and resolving technical issues.
• Driving the analysis design and development of a roadmap and implementation plan based upon a current vs. future state in a cohesive solution architecture viewpoint.
• Delivering highly complex solution & Design using in-depth knowledge within the business domain.
• Maintains reasonably regular punctual attendance consistent with Orlando Health policies the ADA FMLA and other federal state and local standards.
• Maintains compliance with all Orlando Health policies and procedures.
  

Other Related Functions
Assist in technical presentations and info-sharing sessions to create a clear and uniform understanding of the new systems to various constituents within

Provide Level-2 support and involve in resolution of technical issues as they arise.

Responsible for assisting with the overall system design and architecture.

Responsible for creating roadmap documents architectural documents process documents standards documents and governance documents.

At times responsible for assisting with client and project engagements to document technical requirements for database applications integration infrastructure etc.

Key Requirements
-Minimum 1-2 years of experience working with Rightfax

-Need experience with Windows 11 Windows 10 and Group Policy.

-A lot of the role is testing out new configurations to make a faster desktop

-Need experience working in enterprise-level environments (5000 devices and up)

-Need someone who is comfortable in a high-stress environment

Qualifications
Licensure/Certification
One (1) related certification required Cisco Microsoft VMWare Citrix Storage or Cloud .

Experience
Three (3) years of hands-on experience in a technical environment and/or solutions implementation role including experience with Network Infrastructure VoIP Computing Virtualization and Storage.
