Job Summary
Job title: Senior Analyst
2-3 days onsite- Altamonte Springs FL
Our goal is to find someone that I can layout a project the business questions the data available and the deliverable we have in mind and for them to really draw the connections from beginning to end. The use of the description of senior analyst is that we dont need a person that lives in app development statistics and python but a more rounded analytic mind that can help us start with business questions and help to design/develop/deliver the end product.
The candidates we send must be able to speak in front of stakeholders be client facing and very proficient within healthcare and SQL environment. Healthcare data claims would be nice to se
- The role requires a candidate with heavy SQL exp required
- healthcare experience required
- Snowflake is a plus
- BI tool exp-Power BI experience is highly preferred over other BI tools a plus
- The ideal candidate should understand not only data and architecture but also how healthcare data fits into their business. While a data scientist background is acceptable their preference is for a senior analyst. The candidate will specifically work on network integration network infrastructure and network alignment within the physician network.
- For example theyll analyze scenarios like ensuring the right number of beds and tracking patients throughout the full consumer journey to avoid bottlenecks.
- Theyre also looking to understand why only 50% of referrals convert to patient visits instead of 75% and they want insights from both the consumer and physician perspective.
