Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled MDM Business Systems Analyst to support enterprise-level Master Data Management initiatives for EOHHS.

This role involves working closely with business stakeholders technical teams and program leadership to analyze define and support MDM-related solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills experience in data environments and the ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements.

Required Qualifications

3 years of experience in:
Experience working in enterprise data / integration / MDM environments
Strong experience gathering and documenting end-to-end requirements
Familiarity with HIPAA and handling sensitive healthcare or human services data
Basic to intermediate SQL skills for data validation and analysis
Experience with:
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience in UAT defect management and production support
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced high-demand environment

Other Qualifications

Experience in Healthcare Medicaid Human Services or Public Sector environments
Hands-on experience with Master Data Management (MDM) concepts:

Experience working across multiple agencies or regulated data domains
