POSITION OVERVIEW The Technical Product Manager will support the CM&T team in managing complex systems configurations and operational support for Project Kuiper. This role focuses on bridge-building between technical systems eCommerce strategy and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and platform functionality.
DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Configure and maintain merchant account setups and manage ASIN setup/product cataloging.
- Create audit and maintain Jira tickets for the IFT team to ensure project transparency.
- Develop and maintain internal team documentation including SOPs RACI matrices and risk reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to localize Standard Operating Procedures for various geographic markets.
- Help source data and Amazon resources to accelerate contract negotiations for return shipping carriers.
- Execute functional and user acceptance testing (UAT) and document test evidence for stakeholder review.
