POSITION OVERVIEW The Technical Product Manager will support the CM&T team in managing complex systems configurations and operational support for Project Kuiper. This role focuses on bridge-building between technical systems eCommerce strategy and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and platform functionality.
DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
Configure and maintain merchant account setups and manage ASIN setup/product cataloging.
Create audit and maintain Jira tickets for the IFT team to ensure project transparency.
Develop and maintain internal team documentation including SOPs RACI matrices and risk reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to localize Standard Operating Procedures for various geographic markets.
Help source data and Amazon resources to accelerate contract negotiations for return shipping carriers.
Execute functional and user acceptance testing (UAT) and document test evidence for stakeholder review.
