Job Summary
Position: Lead Engineer for Onsite Project co-ordination and execution
Location: San Francisco CA (Onsite)
Duration: 12 Months
Hourly Pay Rate: $45 - 50/hr. on W2 Max all inclusive
Exp: 12 Yrs
Responsibilities:
- Interact with customer to understand requirements of Projects.
- Lead the planning design and execution of large mechanical and electrical engineering projects from inception to completion.
- Manage cross-functional geographically distributed teams to ensure on-time on-budget and high-quality delivery.
- Partner with multinational clients to define requirements and resolve technical challenges.
- Oversee project delivery in the energy domain ensuring adherence to international standards and regulatory requirements.
- Mentor and coach engineering teams fostering technical growth and a culture of accountability.
- Prepare and present detailed technical reports proposals and progress updates to stakeholders.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Having 12 years of experience in mechanical/electrical engineering project delivery with at least 3 4 years in the energy sector.
- Proven success working with multinational customers and delivering complex large-scale systems.
- Strong leadership and project management skills with experience managing diverse teams and significant budgets.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and business audiences.
Desired Skills:
- Onsite project experience in the US or other international locations (preferred).
