Experience: 4 Years (Icertis CLM Functional / Admin Experience) overall 10 years as functional consultant on any enterprise SaaS platform.
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) System Administrator to support maintain and enhance our Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) platform. This role is central to ensuring smooth operations high-quality user experience process optimization and continuous improvements across our contract management ecosystem.
Desired candidate should have hands-on Icertis experience and should be able to drive user adoption operational excellence and platform enhancements.
Required
- 5 years of hands-on experience with Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI).
- Strong understanding of CLM processes and system configuration.
- Experience with workflows templates metadata and platform administration.
- Ability to coordinate with Icertis support for fixes and enhancements.
- Strong communication skills and ability to conduct user training.
