Location: Fort Lauderdale FL (Hybrid)
Type: W2 Only

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior eCommerce Product Manager with strong expertise in booking and payment platforms to lead high-impact digital initiatives. You will play a key role in optimizing customer journeys conversion rates and personalization strategies.

What Youll Do:

Drive product strategy for eCommerce booking and payment systems
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver digital products
Optimize conversion through A/B testing and personalization
Work with analytics tools to improve user experience
Define roadmap user stories and feature enhancements
Collaborate with stakeholders across business and tech teams

Must-Have Skills:

10 years in Product Management
5 years in eCommerce / digital platforms
Strong experience with Booking & Payment products (3 years)
Hands-on with:
- A/B testing
- Personalization
- Analytics tools
Strong understanding of UX and digital commerce
Experience with recommendation and identity platforms

Nice to Have:

Experience in Travel / Hospitality / Retail domains
MBA or advanced degree
