Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 12 Month Contract
Need : Strong Core HR Experience Mianly Oracle HCM
Min 10 Years Exp
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Core HR Architect to join our team on a remote contract basis. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle HCM with a strong focus on Core HR modules.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and architect Oracle HCM Core HR solutions
Lead implementation configuration and optimization of Core HR modules
Provide technical and functional guidance to project teams
Ensure alignment of HCM architecture with business requirements
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of overall experience
Strong Core HR experience primarily in Oracle HCM
Proven track record as an HCM Architect or Lead
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Location: 100% Remote
