Job Summary
Requirements
- 7 or more years of experience as a lead developer or software development manager.
- Proficiency in Azure SQL SQL Server and Oracle relational database management.
- Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio for enterprise application engineering.
- Experience with Object-Relational Mapping tools including Entity Framework and n-Hibernate.
- Experience in re-engineering complex financial systems and scalable business architectures.
- Experience in full lifecycle systems analysis and translating user requirements into technical designs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Direct the development and maintenance of robust scalable solutions for cross-functional financial applications.
- Provide technical oversight and guidance to quality assurance teams from code inception through production.
- Resolve intricate system performance issues using advanced troubleshooting tools and diagnostic techniques.
- Define technical roadmaps and standardize software development methodologies and process documentation.
- Lead the re-engineering of legacy financial processes to support large-scale business transformation.
- Partner with distributed teams to ensure project delivery meets high-level architectural standards.
- Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives for software integration and enterprise-level system stability.
