Athena Health Care is seeking a skilled and patient-focused Hand Occupational Therapist to join our outpatient rehabilitation this role you will provide specialized occupational therapy services to patients with a wide range of upper extremity conditions helping them regain function and independence.

You will be responsible for evaluating patient needs developing individualized treatment plans and delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each patients functional goals.

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations focused on upper extremity and hand therapy
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Deliver skilled occupational therapy interventions to improve function and independence
• Educate patients and caregivers on rehabilitation techniques and home exercise programs
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Provide professional consultation to optimize patient outcomes

Required:

• Bachelors Masters or Doctorate (Ph.D. or equivalent) in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Oregon Occupational Therapist License upon hire
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association upon hire

Preferred:

• Specialized training or experience in hand therapy or upper extremity rehabilitation
• Relevant clinical experience in outpatient settings
