Physical Therapist

Athena Health Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our outpatient rehabilitation team specializing in Orthopedic and Neurological care. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative patient-centered environment focused on delivering high-quality evidence-based care.

As a Physical Therapist you will evaluate plan and implement individualized treatment programs to help patients achieve maximum independence and functional outcomes.

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver skilled physical therapy interventions for orthopedic and neurological conditions
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes
• Collaborate with physicians care teams and regional rehab partners
• Provide patient and family education to support recovery and independence
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Bachelors Masters or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
• Active Oregon Physical Therapist License (upon hire)
• BLS Certification from the American Heart Association (within 30 days of hire)
• Strong clinical skills in evaluation treatment planning and patient care

• Experience in Outpatient Orthopedic or Neurological rehabilitation
• Specialized training or certifications in relevant therapy areas
