Insight Hospital and Medical Center is seeking a skilled and compassionate Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality patient-centered care in a fast-paced clinical environment.

This role requires the ability to respond effectively to emergency situations while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism confidentiality and clinical excellence.

• Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department setting
• Assess plan implement and evaluate patient care based on clinical needs
• Respond to urgent and emergent situations with sound clinical judgment
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with physicians clinical staff and interdisciplinary teams
• Deliver care with a focus on compassion safety and patient satisfaction
• Uphold the organizations mission values and standards of conduct

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited program
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License Illinois
• BLS ACLS and PALS certifications (required)
• 1 3 years of Emergency Department (ER) experience
• Ability to work effectively in a high-acuity fast-paced environment

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or current enrollment in a BSN program
• SANE Certification (Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner) and availability for on-call duties
