Insight Hospital and Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Telemetry / Med Surg Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient-centered care in a dynamic clinical environment.

This role is responsible for managing patient care ensuring compliance with clinical standards and supporting positive patient outcomes through education collaboration and evidence-based practice.

• Deliver safe effective and compassionate nursing care to Med Surg and Telemetry patients
• Monitor and assess physiological and psychosocial patient conditions reporting changes as needed
• Educate patients on diagnoses medications lifestyle modifications and discharge planning
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)
• Perform clinical interventions in accordance with care plans infection control protocols and hospital policies
• Guide and supervise unlicensed assistive personnel in patient care delivery
• Collect blood specimens via venipuncture or micro techniques as required
• Participate in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and safety
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory professional and organizational standards

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited program
• Active Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) License
• BLS Certification (American Heart Association)
• Minimum 1 year of relevant clinical nursing experience
• Ability to work flexible hours and shifts as needed

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or current enrollment in a BSN program
