We are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our team and support the production of high-quality equipment and components. This role involves hands-on work in assembling welding and fabricating metal parts according to precise specifications. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities- Fabricate assemble and weld metal components based on engineering specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints technical drawings and work instructions accurately
- Measure cut and shape materials using appropriate tools and machinery
- Operate fabrication equipment such as lathes grinders and drill presses
- Perform quality checks to ensure all components meet required standards
- Identify and troubleshoot fabrication or mechanical issues as they arise
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Collaborate with engineers and production teams to meet project timelines
- Hands-on experience in welding fabrication and operating machinery such as lathes grinders and drill presses
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements
- Proficiency with hand tools power tools and fabrication machinery
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Good problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Familiarity with standard fabrication practices and safety procedures
- Technical or vocational training in fabrication welding or a related field
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Additional technical certification is a plus
