Location: Green Bay WI (All 5 days onsite mandatory)

Role Summary

Provide deep Oracle EBS and food manufacturing domain expertise during the due diligence and transition phases. Advise on ERP module configurations business process mappings and domain-specific requirements across Schreiber Foods supply chain manufacturing and financial operations.

Must-Have Skills

Deep Oracle EBS functional expertise (5 modules: Manufacturing Distribution Finance SCM Quality)

Food manufacturing or CPG industry domain knowledge

ERP configuration assessment and optimization advisory

Business process mapping and gap analysis

Supply chain procurement and manufacturing workflow expertise

SOX compliance in ERP environments

AI-driven ERP analytics and process automation advisory

Stakeholder engagement with business and IT leadership

Nice-to-Have Skills

Dairy/cheese manufacturing process knowledge

Infor Optiva or PLM tool experience

Blue Yonder/JDA demand planning

EDI/B2B integration (IBM Sterling)

Oracle Fusion Cloud migration advisory

Workday/UKG HR module familiarity
