Position Overview

Bulldog Roofing is seeking a reliable and self-motivated Assistant Production Manager to support field operations with a primary focus on warranty service jobsite quality control and operational efficiency.

This role is ideal for someone who can work independently manage their own schedule and take ownership of field tasks while maintaining high standards of quality and organization.

Key Responsibilities 1. Warranty & Service (Primary Focus)

Diagnose and complete minor roofing repairs and service issues
Document all work thoroughly including:
- Before photos
- After photos
- Notes outlining cause and resolution

2. Crew Check-Ins & Quality Control

Visit active jobsites to monitor progress and workmanship
Take photos and document job status
Identify and flag potential issues early

3. Ladder Operations

Set ladders for inspections and ensure safe compliant placement
Retrieve ladders after use
Maintain ladder safety standards at all times

4. Self-Managed Daily Schedule

Plan and manage daily route based on assigned tasks
Complete all responsibilities efficiently and on time
Communicate proactively when workload is light or issues arise

5. Material Runs

Pick up and deliver materials to jobsites as needed
Verify accuracy of orders before delivery

6. Storage Unit Management

Maintain a clean organized storage unit
Track basic inventory (ladders tools materials)
Ensure:
- Proper ladder storage
- Easy access to materials
- No leftover materials accumulating from completed jobs

7. General Operations Support

Assist with miscellaneous company needs including:
- Office setup and organization
- Trade show or event setup/teardown
- Equipment organization and transport

Requirements

Valid driver s license with clean driving record
Comfortable working on roofs and ladders
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Roofing or construction experience preferred

Compensation & Benefits

$20 $25/hour (based on experience)
Company vehicle during work hours
Full-time position
