Key Responsibilities
* Provide personalized support via phone email or in-person interactions
* Assist members with **enrollment eligibility benefits billing claims and authorizations**
* Accurately document interactions and ensure proper follow-up
* Meet or exceed **quality and productivity standards**
* Handle concerns with empathy professionalism and a customer-first mindset
* Collaborate with internal teams for timely issue resolution
* Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies

Required Qualifications
Education:**
* High School Diploma or GED required
* College coursework preferred

Experience:
* 1 year of relevant experience
* Call center or administrative customer service background required
* Medicare or health insurance experience **strongly preferred**

Skills & Competencies
* Strong communication (verbal & written)
* Knowledge of customer service best practices
* Proficiency in **Windows-based systems**
* Ability to handle confidential information securely

* Experience with systems like **Amisys Macess (preferred)**
* Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively
