Position: Ivalua Certified Consultant
Location: Onsite- Dallas TX (Relocation; OK)
Duration: 6 Months
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Ivalua Certified Consultant with hands-on solution configuration expertise and deep E2E knowledge across procurement modules. L3 Ivalua Certification in Integration (API and ETL) is a hard requirement.
Must-Have Skills (Required)- L3 Ivalua Certified in Integration - API and ETL - mandatory no exceptions
- 3 5 years of hands-on Ivalua experience - solution configuration
- API/SQL - strong technical working experience
- E2E Ivalua module knowledge across one or more of:
- Sourcing - RFx auctions supplier qualification
- Contracting - contract creation lifecycle compliance
- SRM (Supplier Relationship Management)
- Purchasing - PO management and procurement workflows
- GR/IR - Goods Receipt / Invoice Receipt processing
- Invoicing - AP automation and invoice management
- Strong solution configuration skills within the Ivalua platform
- Additional Ivalua certifications beyond L3 Integration
- Experience with ETL pipeline design for procurement data
- Background in ERP integrations - SAP Oracle or similar with Ivalua
- Knowledge of procurement best practices across source-to-pay lifecycle
- Experience with data migration and system cutover activities
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs for enterprise integrations
