Job Summary

The staff speech pathologist will provide a full range of diagnostic and clinical services for inpatients and outpatients who may be classified as infant child adolescent adult and geriatric with speech and language problems cognitive deficits voice and fluency problems and swallowing in a multidisciplinary team approach and participation. The therapist must be licensed as a certified speech pathologist in the State of Oklahoma or be eligible for licensure.
Requirement description :
  • At least 1 year of SLP experience - REQUIRED
  • Experience with neurogenic patients Dysphagia - PREFERRED
  • Recent traveler experience - PREFERRED
  • ACLS preferred - please include in packet in addition to other certifications if traveler has this requirement
  • Clinician may be required to float from Inpatient to Outpatient Rehab between CCMH & MTRNC - Please confirm traveler is open to floating as needed prior to submission - REQUIRED
Profile Requirements:
  • Work History
  • Skills Checklist current to 1 year pertinent to the specialty
  • 2 Supervisory Reference Forms taken within the last two years
  • Licensure & Certifications (OK State License or compact & BLS - AHA NIH ACLS - AHA Preferred)
  • Candidates Permanent Address (Facility will consider local candidates at a reduced rate)

  • BLS (AHA)

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
  • Oklahoma
